We’re committed to ensuring every Euromont piece reaches you in impeccable condition. We go to great lengths to ensure and document good condition and proper handling of your order while it is in our care. Considering the effort involved in preparing and shipping each piece, our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all parties.
Euromont's staff will be available to assist with delivery and unboxing of orders. Handling and unboxing of purchased items will be diligently documented by our staff to aid us in processing potential returns in the unlikely event of damage, and to help us determine upon whom liability for this may fall.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns can only be accommodated in the following circumstances:
● The item is damaged due to negligence of Euromont staff during delivery, handling, or setup; or
● The item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery and unboxing, provided the damage is not caused by the customer.
To be eligible for a return:
● The issue must be reported during delivery and unboxing of the purchased item while Euromont staff is still present at the delivery location;
● Documentation diligently gathered by Euromont staff during delivery, handling, and inspection, including photos and/or video, shall serve as the primary basis for determining eligibility of the return;
● For purchases made in conjunction with our Home Staging Service, any request for a refund or return must be made within the one-hour inspection window provided under the service. Requests made after this window shall no longer be eligible for return under Home Staging's terms.
These measures help ensure fair resolution, prevent abuse, and maintain accountability across all parties involved.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
● Change-of-mind or preference-based returns, unless such option was expressly reserved through the Home Staging Service, and only in accordance with its terms;
● Requests for return for damage or defect arising from customer handling, third-party handling, or conditions beyond Euromont’s control;
● Claims not supported by Euromont’s delivery and handling documentation, or where the item was accepted as delivered and inspected.

Approved Returns
If a return is approved, we will either:
● Replace the item
● Issue a partial/full refund
● Offer store credit
Refunds will be processed at our end within 14 business days.
